Returns and Refunds Policy
DESTEK wants you to be excited about your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, Our support team is here to help. Below are a few noteworthy points to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from DESTEK.
Note: Any return request should be initiated within 30 calendar days from the time customer receives the item.
Standard Return Policy
Non-quality return request initiated within 30 calendar days from the time you receive the item.
Return Shipping Costs Policy
For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
For quality related warranty claims, DESTEK refunds the shipping costs.
1. Non-quality return request initiated within 30 calendar days
1.1 Please be sure to include your original DESTEK order number, or else our team will not be able to issue you a refund. If you cannot find your order number, please contact our support Team before shipping your unit back, and they would be happy to find it for you.
1.2 If your unit has been used or opened, a restocking fee of 20% will apply.
DESTEK does not cover shipping costs for returns.
Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords, accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.
1.3 Please send back the item within 30 business days after you get the return address and inform us of the tracking number.
1.4 If the item lacks accessories or is damaged due to customer’s incorrect use, 50% of the purchase price will be charged as the restocking fee.
The returned item will be examined by our Technical staff. You will pay for the return shipping fee and a certain amount of restocking fee which will depend on the examined result of the product. Please make sure all accessories are included when returning the item.
2. Return requests related to quality issues initiated within 30 calendar days from the time you receive the item.
Please send back the item within 30 business days after you get the return address and inform us of the tracking number.
The returned item will be examined by our Technical staff and the return shipping fee should be paid by which party will be decided by the examined results.
2.1 If the item is verified defective, we will refund you the return shipping fee. You can choose a refund or a replacement.
2.1.1 If the item and accessories are complete, besides the return shipping fee, we will refund you the full purchase price of the product.
2.1.2 If the returned package lacks accessories, their price will be deducted from the refund. In case you want a replacement, we suggest you buy it again after the refund.
2.2 If the item is verified not defective, you are responsible for the return shipping fee.
2.2.1 If you insist on returning, this situation will be treated in accordance with Regulation 1.2
2.2.2 If you want to keep it, we will send it back and offer free shipping.
2.3 If you find the package lack of accessories, please provide us with photos of the item within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Once it’s verified, we will arrange the shipment of the missing part within 3 business days.
3. Return request related to quality issues but initiated over 30 calendar days from the time you receive the item, we offer replacement instead of refund. You need to return the item within 3 business days after you get the return address and inform us of the tracking number. Our technical staff will examine it.
3.1 Once the item is verified defective, we will refund you the return shipping fee.
3.1.1 If the item and accessories are complete, we will send you a replacement.
3.1.2 If the return item lacks accessories, you will need you pay for the missing accessories. Usually we will make it as an equivalent coupon for you to place a new order.
3.2 If the item is verified not defective, we will send back the original item but won’t refund you the return shipping fee.

4. Any non-quality return requests over 30 calendar days from the time you receive the item are unaccepted. Please contact our customer service team if you need further help.
