After downloaded the remote controller supported games and the remote controller connected to your phone successfully, the blue indicator light will flash rapidly 3 times and then flashes once every 5 seconds. Bluetooth remote controller does not support game mode for iOS & Daydream apps.

Please check whether the remote controller has entered the pairing mode(the indicator flashes alternately of red/blue light). My Phone Couldn't Fit

As stated in the product description that the way this headset works for big-screen phones is NOT by covering it inside the headset fully, but instead, it has designed an adjustable front cover and levels of snaps. That's why you may experience your phone sandwiched in the headset without fully covering it. For more details, please see the attached image.
