We've identified an issue for iPhone 12, iPhone Xs Max, iPhone 11 Pro Max, iPhone 12 Pro Max where you may not be able to achieve a properly rescaled VR screen once scanned the QR code inside the headset using Google Cardboard or VR settings.
We're actively working on a fix to rectify the mistake.
Currently, if you are using these phone models, please use the following QR code.
Other phone models have no problem using the original QR code.

Bonjour j’ai un problème car je ne peux pas télécharger l’application du QR code donné sa me dit que mon téléphone nais pas compatible hors ont ma dit que c’était compatible et blabla et c’est pour cela que j’ai acheté le casque destek v5 pourquoi et y a til une solution merci
